Free jewelry size adjustment. Customers are responsible for the fee in cases where resizing requires additional gold (calculated according to the listed gold price at the time of payment and the resizing labor cost).
In cases where customers only purchase the jewelry setting (or loose stone) and bring in the stone (or jewelry setting) from outside, they will receive free stone setting service.
In case the ring setting loses a side stone:
Side stones smaller than 1.1mm will be replaced free of charge.
Side stones from 1.1mm and above are charged according to JEMMIA’s current selling price.
🔄 Exchange within 24H:
JEMMIA will accept exchange at 100% of the product value (according to the invoice) and support 100% of the shipping fee for the exchanged product: Within 24 hours from the time the customer receives the product and contacts Jemmia, JEMMIA accepts a one-time exchange if the product has a manufacturing defect, provided the product remains intact.
