[HCM] Sales Consultant Recruitment at Showroom

1 - Sales Consulting & Customer Care:

• Consult customers on jewelry products directly at the showroom, matching their needs.
• Provide clear information about products, promotions, and warranty policies.
• Proactively suggest suitable products to enhance the customer shopping experience.
• Provide pre-, during-, and post-sales customer care, ensuring professional and dedicated service.
• Perform in-store sales operations: greeting, introducing, closing sales, and processing payments.
• Ensure personal and team sales targets are met monthly.

2 - Display & Inventory Management:

• Arrange and display products at the showroom according to brand image standards.
• Conduct periodic inventory checks; properly store products to ensure quality and quantity.
• Promptly report any issues related to inventory loss or damage (if any).
• Ensure the showroom area is always clean, pleasant, and conveys a sense of luxury and professionalism.

3 - Reporting & Work Coordination:

• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports as requested by management.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to support efficient showroom operations.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: 

• Male/Female, aged 22-30, presentable appearance (Mandatory Requirements: Male height from 1.7m and above; Female height from 1.6m and above).
• At least 1 year of experience in sales consulting.
• Experience consulting with high-end customers is an advantage.
• Good communication skills, pleasant voice, and professional customer service attitude.
• Ability to consult and persuade customers.
• Agile, honest, meticulous, and responsible in work.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Ability to work under high pressure.
• Passion for sales.

• Working hours: Flexible rotating shifts: Shift 1: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Shift 2: 12:30 PM - 9:00 PM (Off 04 days/month).
